Can I track my order?
Yes, when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details (this email can sometimes go into a junk folder so check there too). Tracking details may not appear on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of despatch.
If you've set up an account with us then you can log in to check the status and tracking of your order.

Next Working Day Delivery

Service used - Royal Mail Tracked 24*
Place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday for your order to be sent out for delivery on the next working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Available to UK Mainland addresses only
Royal Mail aim to deliver on the next working day however this is not guaranteed

International Delivery
What Courier do you use?
We use DHL Economy and DHL Express.

Brexit, VAT and Import duties
If your delivery country is not within the United Kingdom, no UK VAT will be applied to your order.
For exports to countries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes by your government (this is separate to our delivery charges). You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
All duties, taxes and service charges are the responsibility of you the purchaser/importer.
Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a GBP £20 / EUR €24 / USD $25 fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.
Orders to the USA over USD $800 including shipping will be subject to delay by US Customs until duties are paid.
