To make 3 margaritas all you need is; 3 tbsps Elderflower Liqueur 180ml Tequila 6 tbsps Lime Juice 675g Watermelon, seeds removed, cut into cubes 1/4 tsp sea salt
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and once completely blended, strain the mixture so that the pulp is removed. Wet the rim of your glasses and dip them into a bowl or plate of salt so that the whole rim of the glass is coated in the salt. Then just pour your cocktail mix into the glasses and enjoy!
