Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
What You Need -Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (we used two 500g tubs)
Fresh Strawberries (we used one 227g tub)
Baking Tray
Baking Paper/Greaseproof Paper
What To Do
Line the baking tray with the baking paper. Then pour over the greek yoghurt and smooth out until level with a spoon. Slice up your strawberries then place wherever you wish across the tray of yoghurt. Pop the tray in the freezer either overnight or until hard. Once it is hard break it up into bite-size chunks and enjoy straight away or put into a freezable container and put back in the freezer to enjoy whenever.
Apple Peanut Butter Slices
What You Need -An apple
Organic Peanut Butter
Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa and above)
Granola
What To Do
Cut the apple into slices and remove the core & pips. Spread the peanut butter on one side of the apple slice, then sprinkle over a bit of granola and a couple of chocolate chunks. Enjoy straight away.
Chocolate Nut Clusters
What You Need -Almonds
Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa and above)
Desiccated Coconut/Coconut Shavings
Baking tray/Plate
Baking Paper
What To Do
Line the baking tray or plate with baking paper then arrange the almonds in clusters of four or five nuts. Melt your chocolate in either a bain marie or a microwave. Drizzle a spoonful of chocolate over each of the nut clusters so that it covers them enough to make them stick together. Then sprinkle over some of the desiccated coconut. Pop in the fridge until the chocolate has set. Store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever.
